To book or enquire about our holiday homes complete the form below. You can do a quick search for the dates then book or send us an enquiry. We have 2 very similar properties opposite each other:- Colborne and Taverner. If your dates are not available on one property then try the other.
You can pay by credit/debit card or bank transfer or cheque. There is a damage deposit of £100 which will be held and released within 14 days after the end of your stay.

Check is any time after 15:00 or earlier if the house is ready. Check out is 10:00. Children of all ages are welcome. Pets are allowed at a charge of GBP 50.00 per stay. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Groups are accepted up to a maximum of 5 people. No stag and hen groups. Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.
House keys will be in key safe by the front door.
Cancellation Conditions
If the booking is cancelled for any other reason than Covid lockdown rules prevent you from taking your holiday, then the following applies:-
- Within 24 hours of booking, there will be no charge.
- Guest receives 100% if cancellation occurs more than 21 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs more than 7 days before arrival; No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
In the event of a no-show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
