Lounge dining area in Colborne Holiday home

To book your holiday home select the start &  end dates required and click “Check Availability”. A window will appear with the availability of our houses and the rates. To book your holiday home, select the house required and change the “0” to “1” and then click “Reserve”.

You will see a screen to order any extras and to let us know what beds you need to be made up. This is to keep us to save energy. You will be required to enter your contact details. Once completed we will provide you with details of how to pay.

You can pay by credit/debit card via PayPal (no account needed), bank transfer or cheque. There is a damage deposit of £100 which will be refunded within 10 days after the end of your stay. A booking deposit of £150 is required on booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before your stay.

Check is any time after 15:00 or earlier if the house is ready. Check out is 10:00. Children of all ages are welcome. Pets are allowed at a charge of GBP 50.00 per stay. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Groups are accepted up to a maximum of 5 people. No stag and hen groups. Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.

House keys will be in key safe by the front door.

Cancellation Conditions

If the booking is cancelled:-

  • Within 24 hours of booking, there will be no charge.
  • 56 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to £150.00 will be made.
  • Less than 56 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
